1. Practice Box Breathing.

Hold for 4 beats
Exhale for 4 beats
Hold for 4 Beats
Repeat for 5 min
2. Listen to Music
Put on your favourite artist or playlist, and try to get comfortable.
3. Look at your surroundings.
Pick a colour, and find 10 objects of that colour in your area
